vPUK Training and Guides
To make your user experience as smooth as possible, we are providing tours, training, guides and videos prior to the conference. Please check the content below and our FAQs.
All training dates have taken place. Please see below guides for training and join us for an open evening for any further help. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Opening evenings will take place between 16.30 and 18.30 on Thursday 29 October and Thursday 5 November.
Chairs and speakers guides

- Please use wide-screen format
- Files must be under 30mb
- PowerPoint can not contain any video*, sound clips, transitions, animations or slide effects as these will not show and the slide will appear blank
- You must upload and book mark your final presentation a week before the conference
Below you can find the format requirements you will need to send the poster in.
Software: PowerPoint single slide
File format: .jpg or .png
We cannot deviate from this format due to the virtual screen requirements.

Please send your poster no later than Sunday 25th October 2020 to physiotherapyuk.org.uk. The email’s subject needs to be: Hall number– booth number - your surname.
Posters will be uploaded to your booth for you, from 19th October, The booths will be colour coded by theme and themes will be located together.
The poster halls plan will be published nearer the time for delegates to view.
Poster winners will be highlighted in the poster halls plan and by use of a banner at the top of their booth in the vPUK world.
On the day
Please note that poster presenters are expected to attend their poster during the last half an hour of the lunch break, on both days, to answer any queries delegates may have,
