Polling Guidance for Speakers Please note, this is only for speakers who have requested this software.
We are pleased to be introducing a new, improved poster viewing system, where delegates will be able to
- access the poster system via a link in the virtual world.
- view posters full-screen
- hear a three-minute audio clip of you explaining your poster
- view by theme, author or title in alphabetical order
- download a copy of your poster
- leave comments or email you with questions.
You can download below Poster guide which contains information about how to create the poster.
This year you will be submitting your poster on a mandatory template via the new platform. Please upload your poster no later than Friday 15th October 2021.
Chairs, speakers and poster authors FAQs
Q. Since the abstract was submitted there has been more data. Can this be included in the poster/presentation?
A. Due to the abstract being peer-reviewed and accepted on the data submitted at the time, you will need to keep to that particular data for the poster/presentation. When in conversation with delegates you are free to discuss the new data.
Q. I am a Chair/presenter/poster author, what ticket should I buy?
A. If you are presenting an abstract as a poster, rapid 5 or platform presentation, you need to book a ticket relating to your membership category. This will be as one of the following:
- CSP Chartered Member
- Student/ retired/ associate/ unwaged
Exhibitor and Guest tickets are for authorised use only and not for the use of the Chairs, presenters or poster authors.
Q. I have been asked to submit a pre-recorded video. Can I email this to the PUK team?
A. All pre-recorded videos must be submitted to our online FTP system and cannot be accepted via email. Please refer to the guidance of your session type, which you can download from above, for more information and the link you will need to submit it.
